- Having the nationality of Japanese ODA.
- Do not have dual citizenship in any developed country.
- Be in good health.
- Secured master’s admission at a designated institution.
- Possess bachelor’s degree with excellent academic scores.
- Minimum 2 years of full-time working experience after a university degree.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) language.
- Not more than 35 years of age (in certain cases, it is extendable if the Government of Japan endorses).
