- Applicants must not be receiving any other scholarships simultaneously.
- Applicants must accurately, honestly, and completely fill out the application form and submit all required materials as specified by the university.
- Applicants holding a high school diploma are eligible to apply for Bachelor's Degree programs.
- Applicants with an undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply for Master’s Degree programs.
