Scholarship Overview

Applications are invited to apply for the Cyprus International University Scholarships 2025 in Turkey. Cyprus International University is offering scholarships for the Bachelor, Masters & PhD degree programs in a wide range of academic fields and majors. All the degree programs that are offered are taught in English Language. The international scholarship will provide 50%, 75%, or 100% scholarships to international students or reduced tuition fees based on academic merit.

The institute offers undergraduate (3-4 years) programs in more than 50 disciplines, including AI engineering, biomedical engineering, data science, digital game design, media and marketing, law, medicine, radio, TV, and cinema, and tourism and language teaching. The postgraduate (2-5 years) Master’s and PhD programs are offered in all of the disciplines mentioned above and many other disciplines that we will mention later in our post. Additionally, high-performing international students are eligible to pursue a double minor or major and a direct entry PHD (after 4 years of bachelor’s, students can easily apply for a doctorate program).  

The scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis; apply at the earliest. Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate Program

  • Completed application form.
  • Higher/Secondary Certificate or equivalents.
  • Evidence of English Language competence: TOEFL (65 IBT) – IELTS (5.5). As an alternative, you can provide an English proficiency certificate from your previous institution if the instruction was in English; otherwise, you will need to take the CIU English proficiency exam upon arrival.
  • Scanned copies of international passport and birth certificate.
  • Signed CIU Rules and Regulations document.

Master’s Program

  • Submit Bachelor’s Degree Diploma
  • Submit Bachelor’s Degree transcripts
  • Provide evidence of English language competence (TOEFL, IELTS, or campus English proficiency exam). As an alternative, you can provide an English proficiency certificate from your previous institution if the instruction was in English; otherwise, you will need to take the CIU English proficiency exam upon arrival.
  • Scanned international passport and birth certificate
  • Provide CV (Curriculum Vitae)

PhD Program

  • Submit valid bachelor’s and master’s degrees and transcripts.
  • Show English language competence through TOEFL or IELTS. As an alternative, you can provide an English proficiency certificate from your previous institution if the instruction was in English; otherwise, you will need to take the CIU English proficiency exam upon arrival.
  • Provide scanned copies of your international passport and birth certificate.
  • Submit CV (Curriculum Vitae).

  • You shall receive a confirmation mail containing a link to start your application and your password.
  • Click on “Start application”
  • Putting in all your personal details (passport ID) is a must. Select your semester for the 2024-25 fall.
  • Select degree type.
  • Select a program of your choice. You can select up to a maximum of 3 programs. Select them in priority order.
  • Upload all the required documents.
  • Do not submit applications via email or post.
  • Submit the application.
  • Once submitted details cannot be changed.
