Applications are open to apply for the ROMANIA Government Scholarship 2025/26
through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is a Fully Funded Scholarship in
Europe for all Foreign citizens from all non-EU countries who want to Study in
Romania. The Romania Government Scholarship is open to the Bachelors, Masters,
and PhD students. Applicants can apply in any field except Medicine, Dental
Medicine, and Pharmacy. It is one of the best annual scholarship programs by
the Romanian state for International Non-EU students. Moreover, there is no
application fee and IELTS is also not required.

Eligibility Criteria
